Headshots for your whole team, in one look

Set the look once, buy credits for the company and bring your colleagues in. Everyone uploads a photo they already have and gets headshots that match, without a photographer or a single meeting. This guide walks through every part of running a team.

1. How a team works

A team is a shared space for one company. You as the owner decide how the headshots should look and pay for them with credits. Your colleagues each make their own set and unlock it with a team credit, so nobody is ever asked for a card.

1. Create the team and give it your company's name.
2. Set the team's look. Pin the lighting and the background so everyone matches.
3. Buy credits. One credit covers one person's full set.
4. Bring people in. Invite them by email, share a company link, or add them yourself.
5. Each person makes their headshots and unlocks them with a team credit.
6. Download the whole team in one archive, ready for your website.

What credits cost

One credit unlocks one person's full set of headshots. The more credits you buy, the less each one costs. Inside the EU prices are in euros and include VAT. Everywhere else they are the same figures in US dollars, before tax.

You can buy any number from 1 to 500, and you never pay more for fewer credits. Ordering 9? 10 credits cost €240, less than 9 at €29 each, so you get 10. Ordering 20 to 24? 25 credits cost €475, so you get 25. Ordering 79 to 99? 100 credits cost less, so you get 100. Spare credits never expire and cover new hires. For more than 500, write to [email protected] for a quote. From 25 credits you can also pay by invoice. Every credit you buy also gives the team 2 regenerations to hand out.

Previews are always free. Run your own photo through it before you buy anything. It takes a couple of minutes and needs no form, call or quote.

2. Create your team

Sign in at staffshots.com with your work email (see the sign in steps in the guide for one person). Open Profile, choose My headshots and press Create a team under Your teams. Give the team a name your colleagues will recognise and press Create team. If an agency gave you a partner code, type it in the field under the name. It is optional and changes nothing you pay.
